Where it all Started
Martelli’s Kitchen began in 2016, when Chef Steven Martelli decided to follow his passion for cooking while still working full-time in banking.
After completing his culinary training, he took a leap in 2019, leaving the corporate world to cook for people with care, honesty, and heart.
Working from a basement kitchen, Steven prepared thousands of meals for families, workplaces, holidays, and celebrations, often supported by family and friends.
Brotherly Love
As the demand grew, Steven’s brother Frank joined him in 2025, leaving his own 20-year corporate career in engineering and operations to help shape and scale the vision.
Together, they formed the Martelli Food Group with one mission: To enrich lives through wholesome meals that bring people together, wherever life happens.
Two Brothers and their Cousin
Shortly after, their cousin Connie also left her corporate role to join them as the Head of Customer Experience.
Additionally, the three purchased a sandwich shop to convert it into what will become their first sit-down Bistro, bringing warmth and hospitality to the heart of the brand.
Today, Martelli’s Kitchen continues to grow, but at our core, we remain what we’ve always been:
